Fauci’s Office Respectfully Declined my Interview Request. Here are the Questions That I Presented in my Request
Aside from wasting my time on Twitter, servicing clients in my marketing practice and running an organization, I am a daily current events presenter for fourteen years to a large second-language audience. It dates back to the pre-podcast era but it’s essentially a popular padcast platform through the phone. So I tried getting Dr. Fauci for an interview. After the introductory text, I wrote the following to his press team:
I have a few questions for Mr. Fauci. Please see if we can get a written response or a short phone interview. Thanks.
A) Dr. Fauci says that there are all sorts of vaccine mandates in schools such as for MMR, Polio, Chicken Pox and more so he sees no issue mandating COVID-19 vaccines. How does he address the difference between the above-mandated vaccines and COVID-19 vaccines where the former ones were tested in the field for a few years before being mandated while the latter ones are still new? Secondly, the former illnesses hit mostly young kids so it makes sense to focus vaccines on kids. With COVID-19, however, 98.12% deaths in the US are people age 40 and above, and (only) 412 out of 643,858 Coronavirus deaths are among kids under the age 18, so how are MMR etc comparable to COVID-19?
B) Dr. Fauci said that if more people vaccinate, then herd immunity can be reached. I welcome the need for COVID-19 vaccinations, but with its efficiency waning after 8 months or less (depending on the study) hence the push for boosters and with vaccinated people still being able to be symptomatic carriers, herd immunity would seem elusive, so why try to reach it? Follow up: Why is there no ongoing tracking of natural immunity to see how long and strong it holds so it can be part of the consideration for herd immunity and permission to fly? (Dr. Fauci is floating the idea that only vaccinated people should be able to fly).
C) Third and final question: Airplane passengers are permitted to remove their masks while eating. Essentially, half the airplane or more can be maskless at any given time without being even one feet apart from the next person, so why bother with masks on airplanes? (This question is stronger when one considers that pre-the pandemic, Dr. Fauci was not a fan of masks, and considering that many studies show that many masks offer limited protection due to its form and/or due to high people wear it.)
Thank you,

The following day, I received this message:
“Thank you for your interest in interviewing Dr. Fauci. I’m afraid that given the volume of interview and speaking requests he is receiving and the extraordinary demands on his time, he is unable to accommodate your request and must respectfully decline.”
Hopefully, those in media with access to Dr. Fauci will ask him the above basic questions.
They don't allow questions outside their media bubble for obvious reasons. Can you see him go on Rogan? He'd wet his pants.
